Do hot water sea salt soaks, I know everyone says this and your probably like enough of that already haha but they really work I recently got my nose done and when it acts like I do the soaks and its fine in like 1-days

I got my belly button pierced last December. I had a few problems but I think it was/is finally healing, but I think it might be infected..
The part thats inside my belly button, the bottom hole, has been crusting alot (gross, I know) and it will puss after I get out of the shower & other random times.
How can I heal it if it is infected? Do I need to call a doctor for antibiotics?
