Thread: Beechjet 400 Similar Aircraft ?

Started 10 months, 1 week ago by airforceruss
Does anybody know of an aircraft for X-Plane that has a similar cockpit as this Beechjet 400? I'm mainly looking for the A/P functionality and the ability to tune a TACAN instead of just the VOR as in most of the planes I've tried on X-Plane. Thanks for the Help. QUOTE (Indi- @ Feb 1 2009, 01:38 PM) x-plane doesn't do TACAN. That would certainly make sense being that I couldn't find anything on Tacan's and X-plane. Thanks for putting that to rest.

And if yo're more than 2 TACANs away from the home base, ..... No TACAN in X-Plane (yet). BUT, at one time Redcoopers made a plug-in to simulate all the Navy TACANs in the lower 48*. A search of the "Utilities" in the DM did not get any results. Since he got winged, he does not hang around here anymore (having too much fun with F-18's in the sandbox) Maybe it is still around ...

Awesome, I'll take a look into that Plugin and see if I can't locate it. I just shot a PAR down at Kingsville last week. Small world. Thanks for the info.
