Thread: Bcaa's on keto?

Hey guys just wondering, if I was to sip on a Bcaa supplement like purple wraath or Xtend during my weight training would that kick me out of ketosis?

Isn't N.O.Xplode mostly creatine and B12, with some caffeine?

I use 2 scoops of Purple Wraath every time I work out, never has kicked me out. In fact, I have consumed this plus up to 60g WMS (split before and after the workout) and STILL was not kicked out of ketosis (TKD).
