Sorry TRB, I started this reply 2 days ago and completely forgot it until now. Hm, were you talking about this exercise: (keep the sound down, there is an annoying buzz in the background of the video) Its a very good exercise for people who have the annoying slouch posture - remember its very important not to bring the arms and head forward and down ...

Vern that neck exercise would have cause me stay bed all day. Why 4 years ago I fall on Truck's wet bed then neck hit tailgate that was worst horrible pain for few week. So I try not moving fast or turn full. Anyone know why my feet would feel burn like you stand on HOT water. Try different shoes same result but my back kill me too. I thought it could be diabetic ...

Decided to run the Wine Country Half Marathon, which is in October. Assuming I can get into proper shape, running the full marathon isn't completely out of the question. Still going to the gym, but doing exercises to help with explosiveness and power when training Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Also working on a lot of different crazy conditioning drills.

I finally got the "super pump 250" and "Size On" free samples, 3 of each. Anyone else get theirs yet? Upon the first use the super pump 250 actually seems to boost me overall, almost like a concentrated energy drink (like those six hour power shots). However, it's not a jittery boost and I still feel the effects about 2 hours later so I can safely say it ...

The first day I used the super pump, my brain was racing. I remember someone asking me a question when I got out of the gym and nonsense came out of my mouth. My mouth literally couldn't keep up with my brain, it was hilarious.

Did you wait the hour before working out? I usually take it about 4 am so im ready to lift by five. I still notice a huge difference in my lifting, I dont take it everyday. Just the days im lifting. I think the reason why it effected me so much is I dont usually drink anything that is a stimulate (sodas and such) so my brain didnt know what to do with the overload. Make...

I didn't really eat much before it either, just a zero fat yogurt and a bowl of special K. So i'm definitely feeling it now Work should prove interesting ...

3rd day of p90x today with fiancee. We took the before pictures, so hopefully we'll be able to show the after pictures. She's taking care of all the diet and food preparation stuff, since that is probably my worst area, since i usually eat once a day. We passed the fitness test fine, but man, i'm barely able to finish those videos, and that's with doing the easy methods!...
