My MOH is paying for my bar, but we took the total for the 2 rooms and divided it by the # of girls staying in the hotel (minus me). I think most people expect to pay for their share, and if she invited 30 people, the cost for transportation should be pretty reasonable since it's stretched out between...

I make these every year for Christmas. They are wonderful!!!!

jennyinyellow replied 3 months, 1 week ago
Also, it is much easier to make the balls if you refrigerate the Oreo/cream cheese mix for about 1 hour first.

Colin and I came home from our honeymoon on Saturday night and have been so busy since! I wanted to make sure I said hello here, though, and again thanked you all for all your friendship and support over this past year. I'll get some vendor reviews up soon...just waiting for my photos from Doug! Hope all was well here while I was away and that everyone had fun at the fundraiser. ...

Rates are typically the same everywhere (maybe an 1/8th of a pt variance at the most on any given day) - the main thing to shop around for though is your closing costs.. Some banks pack a lot of "junk fees" into your closing costs. So before deciding on a mortgage broker/bank I would get a couple GFE's (good faith estimates) and compare apples to apples when it comes to your projected closing costs. If you're using a bank,...

yea definatly-- I have a very different style from FMIL so we're obviously not going to agree on everything- but she could at least pretend or suck it up and realize its our wedding and if we like it, she should be happy for us (plus I've been involved in music since I was 4 and I worked in the music biz for 4 years- I know a good band when I see one! :-P )

I hope everything works out :) Incidentally, I was married on August 7 at Normandy Farm. It was awesome. There are a multitude of pics in my married bio if you want to see the results.
