When I do leg raises I do them hanging on a dip station that's made for dips and/or leg raises, which let's you rest on your elbows and doesn't strain your shoulders or anything. I agree PWO they can be taxing in the wrong places so you can always do some lying leg raises instead, those are killer.

Squats
20kg = 7
40kg = 5
50kg = 5
60kg = 2
67.5kg = 5/5/5 <-- a lot better than last workout. I'll try to up the weight again for next workout, but how much? Should i be conservative with an 0.5kg increase?
Press
20kg = 5
22.5kg = 5
27.5kg = 2
31kg = 4/5/3 <-- epic fail i guess the only reason i got 5 reps on the 2nd set was by using a bit of push (like a push press) but ...
certainly get those knees bent on rows. Stick your ass out so that the bar is closer to your shins, itll be less taxing on your lower back and let you use more weight. Those numbers are looking good too btw

good job on the squats and I'd have to agree- hit those hard again next time! go for that 285x8. my middle back had always been a weak spot, but a shoulder injury forced me to really pay attention to the rows. ever since, I really look forward to heavy back days and hitting both pendlays and regular bb rows- and all the other lat stuff too. keen to see you put more intensity into your back and bring that up to same status as your delts,...
