BTW, the 8-K for the Neustar licensing deal clearly says that Neustar got a
non-exclusive[/] license. And the license agreement (Exhibit 10.1) states
that the compensation element of the agreenment is set forth in Exhibit A
(not publicly avialable). (The publicly available text has some interesting
