Morning all!
Just coming to the end of my reflex instant whey and need to renew my protein source, my friend has a few unopened tubs of BSN True-mass which he said i can have for £20 each, however looking on the label i see theres quite a bit more fat in it than Relex, i understand that true-mass is a bulking shake and instant whey is just, well instant whey, i am ...
