Surprised there isn't a thread for this already. Actually it has recently changed its name to Atlantic Wharf. Rendering on the CBT architects' website. From today

Well from the fifth picture taken by OP, it looks far better than the one on the far left which has those wierd sides and the red one on the far right with countless windows. It also looks better than the black tower in the background which has a narrower box on top. Unlike the beautiful churches and rowhouses, many of Boston's high rise buildings in this area are just meh. The thing ...

Sadly, most of Boston highrises totally suck, except for the historical ones (such as Custom House Tower, what a masterpiece).

When an architect promotes a building with just a rendering at night, the design usually sucks. That's also the problem with this building.

That usually is the case, but not for this building I think. You could just expect the same result. The rendering was no blender at all and already sucked.
