The article is light on technical details, but as long as there was a heat exchanger and not the toxic smoke itself for heat, I'd be fine with using it.
This isn't "human bodies being used for heating fuel" but rather "wasted energy used by disposing of human bodies is reused". Sounds good to me.

I like the LEDs. Could care less about the HIDs. Another expensive option ($1907?! Gaa!) I'm not interested in, and one that circumvents original DOT regulations around headlight output. I really don't like the "hybrid only" rule. I think it's much better to have a rule based on emissions. Say emissions when the car is in slow-moving and stop-start traffic.
