I just hope they involve some real experts and people from at least one reputible regulatory body instead of these dug up "aviation experts" you see appearing on Sky News whenever a plane goes down who dont really know anything but are quick to sight the fact that it was a twin engined plane and was bound to crash at some stage because it didnt have four pods under the wing!!!! Otherwise ...

The blogg says the pilots will parachute after setting auto pilot to crash. IIRC the previous effort had remote control of the aircraft from start to finish, isn't it a bit risky to try and jump from a large jet? Has anyone ever parachuted safely from an airliner before?

But didn't they recreated the jump for the film "The Pursuit of DB Cooper"?
