Yes, I was getting thousands as well which were filling up my mailbox.
I think what I ended up doing was to reset or reindex the specific account. I still get error reports but they are just a few versus thousands.

Are you shure you can see teh Google "All Mail" Label in Zimbra?
It's a documented bug that you can't see the ALl Mail label (folder) in Zimbra.

Fortunatly the "All Mail" archive problem is not a Gmail problem.
Proof: Thunderbird E-mail client handles the All Mail folder fine.
Also, this bug is known at Zimbra: Bug 31767 – There is no way to download "All Mail" in GMail account
Vote for it and maybe it will be solved in the next Zimbra release.

Intro: New user, have set up POP3, Yahoo, Gmail, and IMAP. Everything but IMAP is working perfectly.
The IMAP connection is to our company Exchange server which also accepts IMAP queries. Note that I did NOT use Exchange IMAP because I was unable to get that to work. So I used 'vanilla' IMAP.
My problem: Zimbra Desktop is getting each message exactly twice. Once would be sufficient....

I'm using zimbra in french. I guess "forwarding tab" is "redirection" tab in french. And in this place, there is nothing, everything is empty.
So, while the re-index didn't work, I sucked it up and did a reset, and that appears to be working. I don't know what happened to the db before, but search works now. It just stinks I need to re-download all 3.1 gb of my mail (yes, I'm a packrat).
Account setup shows reindex. However, when I click on reindex, it does not show any status on the reindex or its completion. Is there any way to know when the reindexing is completed successfully or view the progress of same ?
