Darden recycles the same ideas over and over, nothing new, nothing interesting. SB

There are MUCH better ways to go about this. Darden is STILL showing Casey Viatar is his "proof" that this method works, never mind that Casey built most of his muscle doing traditional BB'ing routines. IA

Ellington Darden is a douche.....(sorry I have always wanted to say that word) His training and diet advice is so backward. He thinks 0.8 gram/Lbs of Protein is adequate for bodybuilders, it says so in his book.

I'm not qualified to say but there must be some middle ground somewhere between to two!

I was thinking something like spliting body up into 2 days (say upper/lower) and doing upper-off-lower-off-upper-off-lower? If i could handle that maybe upper-lower-off-repeat?

I'm not saying HIT won't work for you but there's a good reason why it has died in the fitness world.

I think McRoberts' (Hardgainer) type HIT is better than the others that have been mentioned. Cycles are key.

One last post here in the locked thread I have no idea how/why the HIT jedi's have got this bad. HDROB, took the time to send me a PM that basically stated that while he understood I possessed scientific knowledge and practical knowledge he did not, none of it was worth a shit and then went on to state: Well I wouldn't give you, your training business, and any utterance of your past experiences the steam off my shit. LOL. Put that in...

Just on a side note. I looked at a thread that Natural1 participated in on that HIT board he is talking about. And, it really just shows, when you have a presupposition, you hold on to that for dear life, regardless of the evidence and rationale against that very presupposition. Not a single person dealt with the necessary issues in Natural1's responses. To each their own I suppose, but dogmatism gets you nowhere fast when it flies in the...
