Looking forward to seeing you guys at the Arnold. I saw that you've been in business 2 years now - that's huge. Starting and keeping a business is damn hard, especially in a highly competitive market - You and Niki have found a great niche and done very well, kudos. -Jesse

You can't tell by the picture, but we had a blast. We got to see some of the worlds best. Yukio Peter and Manuel Minginfel were incredible up close. Ramunas Vysniauskas was awesome too. What's a "pressout?"

Thanks Fred. It was great seeing you, Niki, and Joe again. 300 is right around the corner for you. Joe is progressing very quickly, and Niki could contend for a podium spot in Nationals very soon. Looking forward to your meet. Where's a hotel close to you out there? -Jesse

Kathy, A pressout is when the bar is caught with bent arms and then pushed up (using the arm and shoulder muscles). It is also a pressout if the bar is caught with straight arms that bend when the weight is caught, making it so the weight has to be pushed back up. That is what happened to me.
