Well guys apart from being disappointed with the result of TUF final last night, personally I think Roy Nelson is a disgrace as a so called athlete, I though Five USA's highlight's were crap, why the hell they cut the actual fights down and put the stupid flying banner in, whereas they could have easily cut the crap before and after the fight's and left them untouched. From what I could see they saved about 4 or 5 minutes at...

Big shame about Lesnar, was really looking forward to him beating Carwin (not that I have anything against Carwin, but he has no chance against Lesnar. Neither does Cain, too small) In terms of the Machida fight, one of the judges released a statement saying that the reason he gave it to Machida was because he landed the more clean strikes - i.e quality over quantity. Need to watch the fight again to make up my own mind for definite though
