reduce chopping.

Just noticed this on my 09. Seems as though the bolt is milled to match the
offset feedneck. Just wondering the exact purpose.

offset feedneck helps the balls from bouncing back up into the hopper,
standard on most eclipse markers, not sure when they started doing it tho,
i know from the 07 ego to the ego10 have all had it, not sure if the 05-06
models had it tho

feedneck too well, only owned it for a month lol
