the tire currently provided on an Expedition is a Marathon Racer, which is available as a folder.
to the best of my knowledge Catrike is not providing the foldable version.
if you pull the tire off the wheel you'll be able to tell instantly.
if it's not foldable, you would still be able to do the double twist, like a windshield sun screen,
to make it more compact for shipping.
