Thread: Are Halo figures still selling well?

Started 1 month, 4 weeks ago by Chuckstyle
Does anyone know how well these figures are still doing? I'd love to see this line keep going right through Halo: Reach next year; when we're sure to see a big resurgance if that game is full of Spartans (as it should be).

In my area I would say so-so. TRUs and the one WM that sometimes stocks them is still putting out cases of S.5 and on occasion S.4. S.6 is just starting to hit, but these will be the main item shipping until the next wave, in 2010. Hunters are stagnant. Odd Pods never sold much. Deluxe packs are sitting. Legendary series are dead. Helmets are sitting. 2" figures are sitting. The ...

That's probably the same here. The standard figures are usually wiped out; or very close to it; while Helmets, 2" figures, Odd Pods etc are just sitting there. The Hunters were just over-priced from day one. Sure they're bigger, but far less desireable to anyone but a collector. If my kid asked me for one of those for Christmas I think I'd ground him. (no kids yet, just saying). It's...

My local walmarts and k-marts had the Hunters on clearance for like $13. Now they're all gone and i'm kicking myself for not picking one up.

I kind of like the hunters. But I was too cheap to buy two. Now I wish I did. I don't see them anymore. If I happen upon any more, I may want to buy a few. I want to do a gold paint scheme on them like they sometimes apear in firefight.

They sell faster at TRU than they do at Gamestop, but they do sell pretty well. The only old figure that's warming pegs here is a Flood-infected marine.

Yup, Odd Pods still warm the shelves along with the armor packs and two-packs, while the individual figures move fast. Not surprised at all either.
