Thread: Arching back too much?

when i squat and deadlift i make sure there is an arch in my back like your meant to then after heavy squats and deadlifts my lower back is sore. is this because its gettin worked so much or am i doing something wrong?

Well, there have already been 3 or 5 threads on this already recently, but giving you the benefit of the doubt... After heavy squats AND deads, or heavy squats OR deads? I mean, in the same session? You're bound to be sore either way to an extent, but it could just be a form issue - post a vid of both lifts in the vid section and someone will help out

Camera phone balanced on a stack of weights or a bench - transfer to PC, slap on youtube, job's a goodun
