"It is the responsibility of the driver to ensure that all passengers in the car are wearing a seatbelt or a child restraint." Is that the case at the moment? I see little to no reason as to why it should be the responsibility of the driver to ensure that adult passangers are wearing a seatbelt :S Rob.

How cool is the new Range Rover though. The centre VDU display has this cool pixel technology that allows the driver the see the NAV display and the passenger can view a movie. At the same time on the same screen from different angles. Now that's atomic.
