I can't take it straight on because it messes with me, but I do find a few
shakes of acv along with a nice drizzle or two of olive oil on my salad
really does well for me.
NEVER take it on it's own.
It's really bad for your teeth and mouth on it's own!
A few 'shots' in water or juice is the easiest!
It made my skin AMAZING and my stomach issues settled down but it took about 6 weeks. Totally worth it though!! And you need a few tbsp per day

I use it with Olive Oil, honey and lemon. Don't know that it has done anything for me.
The post about the teeth is correct. Rinse, rinse, rinse those teeth.

Oh ok, I was gonna say you must be super brave!!! hehe...
i drink a shot of acv everyday for tons of reasons. i first started to try to balance my pH, after a few weeks i noticed that some worts and skin tags i have had for years started to disappear. i did some research and found that if you put acv topically on worts it helps them diminish over a few weeks....drinking the acv made them disappear completely in 2-3 weeks for me!!! yay.
i use apple cider vinegar for TONS of things, but drinking it.....rarely. i keep diluted 60/40 with water it in a spray bottle and use it as astringent on my face, conditoner in my hair, cleaning fruits and veggies, cleaning countertops, cleaning the coffeepot, etc. __________________ Let your food be your medicine and your medicine be your food. http://heathers-perspective.blogspot.com/
