Thread: Anyone commute from NOLA to BR?

Started 5 months, 1 week ago by MetroBTR
I do know of people who have done it. It really does not take that long unless you run into an accident or serious rush hour traffic in each respective metro area. It certainly sounds better than your current arrangement.

I know people who commute to NOLA from BTR. I personally wouldn't do it, but I certainly understand the need to sometimes. It's doable.

I know of people that have done it. Didn't leave much time for anything else. However, you won't know unless you try it. Given your situation it might be worth it to give it a shot.

I drive to NO from BR and back everyday for school. It's really not that bad. I bring plenty of snacks and some good music and i'm all set.

As noted above, the car commute will put too much wear & tear on it; moreover it'll get old in no time. Being able to work from home 2 days a week certainly helps. I wouldn't count on the bus or the train either; the latter being real wishful thinking.
