QUOTE (2thDoctor @ Sep 13 2009, 12:40 PM) Gene is still working on them. There's a thread on puttertalk that shows pictures of several that are finished. Pictures of finished Putters doesn't mean anything. Has anyone received one yet?
I thought they were finished when they had that long thread with them up for sale. They had pics of each then didn't they? I found the silence strange too. I was thinking that they would start popping up in a matter of days.
They each had to be finished with specific site options, finishes, specs, milling etc. I was told 3-6 weeks from the date of that first posting. Got to be close now.

Well, I ordered one but have since changed my mind. Come to find out my credit card was charged back on August 5th. I have asked to cancel my order and have been told "NO REFUNDS" Now I'm just getting the run around. I'm ready to start a thread in the deal, no deal forum. I've called BS on the explanation for no refunds and the communication has now stopped. I am not happy with Dan...
YES. You're getting a handmade putter. Shut the F up and be patient like everyone else. Big manufacturers like Ping take 4-6 weeks on orders, and this is probably more labor intensive with fewer staff to fulfill the order.
I've said what I feel. I could care less about anyone else. All I can say is good luck with your scratch putter guys... if you ever get it. Good night.
On the 9th I stated it was done and you said you would refuse shipment. What do you possibly mean no ship date. You are the one who stopped it from being shipped. This post has been edited by iteachgolf : Today, 12:01 AM
Umm when I spend money I expect that its gone and yes I have spent $1,500 before. Did they change the price on you? Or did you just spend beyond your means and now your blaming them? Your making yourself look sad. Edit to add: if it is so easy to sell- why don't you just sell it. News flash people pay premium prices for custom goods not putters custom made for internet cry babys that need to be re-sold. This post has been edited...
QUOTE (Gehly @ Sep 16 2009, 09:33 PM) you're getting a hand-made one of a kind putter and it's taken about 6 weeks? I don't see the problem. sounds about right, and if you want a refund once you get it in your hands and it's not right then I guess you should get it, or they should make it right. but if your putter was ordered to your specs, then I can see why they can't give you the money back if...

what's your real reason you don't want the putter Idrive? sounds like a case of buyers remorse for spending so much money on a putter from the minimal information in this thread so far
