Okay, saw one of these at GC the other day, but didn't know anything about it. Looks kinda cool, especially for it's size! Any of you guys have one?

Uh. The Microcube definitely has more different toanz on it but they're not intended to do the same thing. The LB is basically a 200W pedal platform/power amp/speaker type dealy. It has some ...
Good timing, I just picked one up today. Unforntunately I work second shift, so I won't be able to put it through its paces until tomorrow. However, I liked what I heard. Plus, you can use it with a bass and other instruments, too.
Get some nice vintage fuzzy dirt out of it with buckers -

Sounds like a valve bass amp being pushed into OD.

More cleans and some nice dirt tones towards the end. Not super well miced but it has more of a crunch than a fuzz. Most of my recordings lack some upper mids definition... so just imagine it with a ...

really? That's pretty sweet! I'd like ...
Well, I really like the Lunchbox, but here's a little story about them.
My co-guitarist (The Amp Killer) picked one up a while back, and it sounded really good. After a few weeks though, it suddenly died. Well, ol' Paul contacted ZT and they promptly sent another and recovered return shipping on the broken one. Brought the replacement to practice, worked fine. The next practice though same thing...
so do that actually sound good in person? im gonna have to hunt one down...
all the videos I have seen online don't sound very good... kinda like a
microcube with the volume cranked too high on blackface mode... but
obviously its impossible to tell from a youtube video

I'm looking forward to the 12 inch version they are releasing soon. It's going to be awesome to have a portable amp that can hang with any drummer. http://www.ztamplifiers.com/products/club12.html
Ha, i tried one. . . 200 watts. its crazy loud for a 6 inch speaker. compare to a micro cube isnt really fair. . . there not really the same thing. lower volumes . . its nothing special .. . cranked up it tears the mico cube a new asshole.
The "Club 12" is going to be 200 watts!!!??? Who needs 200 watts? (Well, maybe it's solid state, which would be about 50 watts in tube talk...)
From what I've read, they really open up with external cabs... but can be used with just the 6.5 speaker. It's a cool idea, and fairly inexpensive. I also think the 12 inch one could be worth looking at but the little one would make a great "travel" amp. M
