I'm currently incorperating the following power movements into my workout routine:
Power Clean 2x per week
Power Snatch 2x per week
Barbell Row 2x per week
RDL 2x per week
Clean Pull 2x per week
Curl Grip BB Row 2x per week
Deadlift 2x per week
One-arm DB Snatch 2x per week
BB Back Squat 2x per week
My intent on having these exercises in my routine in such quantity is ...
Wheres the bench press?
Oh, and doing all these exercises 2x per week is definitely an overkill.
Why would you do both Regular deads and Romanian Deads twice per week?
...not in the "lift" category, but
Kipping Pull-ups
Body Pulls (I don't know what the official name is; you hang on the bar with a shoulder width grip, arms extended, then bring your legs up so that at the end the bottom of your feet are facing the ceiling. You can do them with knees tucked or legs straight.
For chest, I do
DB Fly 4x5
DB Bench Press 4x5
DB Inc. Fly 4x5
Dec. Bench Press 4x5
Personally, I dont consider the flat bb bench press a power movement or full body movement, since it focuses only on a few muscle groups. However, my chest has been lagging the past few months, so perhaps ill switch up my exercises.
hang cleans, with a slightly higher rep range than you'd use for power cleans.
btw, most of your list are not power moves. deads, squats...are not power moves despite their inclusion in the misnomer that is powerlifting.
btw, i like your list. i'm a big fan of "power" moves.

Thanks you guys. Really appreciate it. I tried Turkish get ups for a while with DB's, a couple of times with a BB, but it really didnt do much for me in the time I did them.

Hang cleans with less weight/more reps is a good idea to sorta make the day's workload a bit lighter...

push jerk start with the bar on your shoulders like the top of a hang clean and do a quarter squat and explode upwards while pushing. it's a standing military press with a jump basically
