Thread: Another beginner routine

Good idea, grimmy, but is anyone going to actually READ this? By the way, on one day I'd add in some calf work and abs on the other, but that's just me talkin'...

No, I'd leave it as is for now. Reason? I know you're a low-set guy and that's fine--I am as well--but beginners need to "burn in" (for lack of a better term) their neural pathways and doing 2-3 sets will "grease their groove" so to speak. It does take practice to really put your all into just one set, and a lot of new guys simply don't/can't summon up the intensity to do it that hard that ...

Generalized Meats: Beef, Fish, Chicken, Turkey and Pork. I must say, to be repped and supported actual made me so motivated today. You have no idea. Should I be concerned that my left rib has a slight decline or will this fill in? You can see it in one of the pics I posted. The right side is fully filled in under the pec with what appears to be 4 abs. The left has 3 solid and the upper most space for that 4th spot is missing weight. A Guy I spoke to said when I gain alot more weight (140-150) that...

It all depends though doesnt it? I mean one day you could feel generally stronger than a previous time you did the same workout. I dunno.
