and why is aging 'gracefully' so superior. It's not about "grace". Why not admire a person for staying young? What is this judgmental attitude?

I don't think she went overboard at all. She still looks like herself, just older. I'm her age, so I remember how young she used to look (didn't we all??). Anyway, I think going overboard would be someone like Cher.

I think that's a good point, but you stated it much better than the original poster did. Demi has always been gorgeous, but now she just looks synthetic. I respect her talent when she shows it onscreen, but from now on I'll just be distracted by the different person she's become because I miss the one she used to be.

Actually it is a well known phenomenom that a bigger proportion of American women use botox, get plastic surgery, get fake teeth, etc than women from other countries. Demi Moore is just one good example. I bit my wrist, so I could die. Look at the blood!
