Ya I understand that but I have been taking it for a while and almost always causes a slight crash in the afternoon... which tends to help me sleep. I looked up drug interactions for it and found none but believe it may be a reason that I have worse digestive problems than previously. Anyway I have little hope anyone will be able to answer my questions about insomnia and anxiety still would like to know if the other medications don't have...

discontinue use of these drugs and contact your doctor again and yes dexadrine is a strong stimulant and may cause insomnia and other things you described (tachycardia and so on) more likely than acyclovir. the effects may be synergistic not all drug interactions are documented
