Thread: Altanator for Rigmaster

To get a new alternator for rigmaster unit, service station asked for $700 . Has anyone tried to use another type of alternator for that unit? thanks

you should be able to take your old alternator to any auto parts store and match it up with a new or rebuilt one,,Also you can take your old one and have it rebuilt at a reasonable cost.

This is a no brainer. Expect to pay about $200 on average for a total rebuild of your original at any good auto electric repair shop. I have rebuilt & good used units on hand for immediate dispatch. That way easy! Actros APU HQ

Try ThermoKing, I paid $230 for a brand new alternator just a few months back. Or find a Nappa store, they should have something.
