Can't believe some posters on this board wanted this guy.

Fan0Bynum17 replied 1 month ago
He had to leave to stroke his ego.

Wow. Iverson is just pathetic. This is his legacy.

ChefLinda replied 1 month ago
It looks like he's heading into Starbury territory.

man, ok, if the laker got him for super cheap and put him in as starter at the PG position... i would take iverson over fisher... he just don't get to dominate the ball, but oh well.

LuxuryBrown replied 1 month ago
Ok, hold up...if it's REALLY somethin' goin' on in his personal life, then I can cut for him in this case.

Snake Plissken replied 1 month ago
I'd take him in a heartbeat, gives you a lot more than Fisher and Farmar combined.

LuciusAllen replied 1 month ago
I think it was Farmar's smothering D on him last night. It put him over the edge.

Being a PG meant he had a RESPONSIBILITY to the other guys on the team. Well his recent (and not so...

Everything about his approach to the game is selfish. Most players see practice as a chance to learn -- learn plays, learn your teammates, learn how to flow and bond as a unit. These relationships are built in practice. And that classic rant showed he had...

He could start at SG for Cleveland, especially if West gets suspended.

Why? AI wouldn't be asked to do a lot of ballhandling, he's not a very good spot up shooter, which is what the Lakers need to spread the floor. He's a cancer and his defense got...

Like I said, Starbury territory. From TrueHoop: Quote: “There’s no question that when he comes back we have to work some things out,” Heisley said. “He’s got a lot of work to do, but we’ve all got to get on the same page. He understands what the conditions are. And we need to be less hyper about this along with Allen.” Despite Heisley's remarks to the media, the rumor making its way through the NBA grapevine, according to a number...

Ainge ain't that stupid. I can see the potential in Ferry, though. Sheed is gonna think it's Groundhog Day if Iverson shows up again. And not in a good way.

Remember - the C's signed Marbury last year and he was in a much worse scenario and a far worse player than Iverson. When teams get desperate they do desperate things. You have to think about it not so much now but 2-3 months from now. Teams will have shaped up their position in the standings and they'll know what players can do and not do for them. They'll also know about injuries and what players are out. I think if Iverson...

The moron needs to realize he was only signed for his name, not any skills he once had. I know you're posturing, but c'mon do you feel that personal about this? It's not personal. It's just a guy who thinks he's still all that and he's too good to play off...

(cept donnie) Well, they weren't stupid enough to take him in the offseason, when there was some question as to whether he might bring something. Now that he's answered (ha!) that question, I doubt they're suddenly saying to...
