Ratio Does anyone know if any studies were done to show the 2:1:1 ratio is best. Most of the studies shown here show leucine as king. so wouldn't a 4:1:1 ratio work better?

so whats the verdicts here....i use glutamine and have been thinking about buying bcaa's...should I. I have been trying to read all of the studies but there are so many. thanks guys
