my husband, aged 53, was diagnosed with nsclc on 8/14. huge tumor, alot wrapped around his spinal cord. he was in the hospital for 1 week, 4 radiation treatments, then went for surgery at Mass. Gen. Hospital in Boston, only place they could try to remove some of the tumor on his spine. 9 hour surgery, went well. he was then sent back to our local hospitals ...
