That is a very good point Tuncer. Babies need you and they don't leave. But babies grow up, then they leave you. So you better hope you did your job right as a parent and nutured them enough, so they will still want you in their lives, when they no longer need you.

I hope it won't be too later for Alex and Izzie when she backs.. She has no excuse to leave Alex.I hope she will realize that soon. Alex will be perfect doctor (pediadrist or etc.) ,perfect husband and definetely perfect father... Norma, Alex wants a family and he needs to somebody needs him. He was doing great with Izzie. Now he can't handle the absence of her. This is the reason of his anger...

Ok, So When Baily said that Alex was good for pediatrics, Was she right? In my opinion, she was finally dead on. Her and Alex had butted heads in the past , he's been such a misfit most of the show except when it comes to newborns. What do you guys think?
