Apparently "no action will be taken" regarding his comments about the ref. Another victory for the respect campaign there then. Presumably Rooney telling us they played against 12 men is also ok.

It is incredible. Fergie has so much to say about everything - except when he is actually supposed to talk after matches. Someone the other day described to me the (fortnightly) comical scene at Old Trafford, when 20 national newspaper journalists are holding their dictaphones up to a TV to get a few match quotes from his ultra soft-soap interview with MUTV. It's the only thing they get given. Home or away, he doesn't do press...

Need a big touchline ban, seems that he is the only manager who can go around saying what he likes about whoever and pretty much get away with it. Not exactly setting a great example if every time you lose you have to blame someone else. They were the better team but didn't put the ball the back of the net, end of story.
