I can't see any special advantage and attraction on GM models.

When you buy a chevy in any other country the money comes back to the u.s.. Just like when you buy your Toyota here in the U.S. the money does NOT stay in the U.S.it goes to Japan helping there aconamy. Keeping there people working.

What are the advantages can we have by purchasing General Motors - Chevrolet in India?

Only advantage I can see in GM cars are that they provide free labour and parts for 3 years.

There are none. GM vehicles in India are not the same as the ones in the states all they are is a re badged Daewoo. Daewoo went out of buisness in the U.S because their cars were unreliable and even scored very poorly in crash ratings, GM then bought the brand and continued to sell their vehicles in other markets.

Buying a GM car in India, you are actually helping the Korean market beacause all Chevrolet cars in Asian markets are built by Daewoo. American made Chevrolet cars quality is not good enough to be sold in international markets so GM gets companies like Daewoo and Isuzu to build cars for them for international markets.
