I downloaded q.zip from this website http://www.megaupload.com/?d=YJOT74OQ in an attempt to flash my cell phone. I should've known better.
I have Windows Vista Premium Home edition.
As I posted in my title, I cannot run my AVG software to scan, nor any online scan. I tried to download DDS but it is also blocked.

Thanks , but I suspect that will not satisfy our Malware Analysts - DDS provides much more relevant information than the above which appears to be a clone of HijackThis.
If you can follow my suggestion please do so.

I'm having doubts, if your AVG problem is caused by an infection, but let's do some more testings.
Uninstall Combofix :
Go Start > Run
Type in:
combofix /u
Note the space between the "combofix" and the "/u"
Restart computer.

Upload following files to http://www.virustotal.com/ for security check:
- explorer.exe located @ C:\Windows
- userinit.exe and svchost.exe located @ C:\Windows\System32
