I thought 5'7-5'8 was average. O_o You seem to be at a perfectly reasonable height. I'd say there isn't much of a chance of you growing exponentially taller, but you could still put on an inch or so. This depends on when you started puberty of course. If you were an early bloomer I'd say that you aren't gonna grow much if at all. Conversely if you were a late bloomer then you are probably still growing.

Well there's not much you can do. If you are near the end of pubery, you probably won't grow much if any in height however, guys can grow into their early 20s from what I hear, but I wouldn't expect substantial height growth anyway. There are a few ways to help increase your height. The mighty "they" say that high impact joint sports such as running can really help with your bones grow. There are also many herbal formulas mostly they say that Vitamin D and Calcium are beneficial. Overall I wouldn't worry about it too much.
