Obviously, since abortion is such a sensitive/controversial topic for millions of Americans, and understandably so, it makes sense not to fund abortion with tax-payer money under any health reform bill. Yes well i have a moral problem with supplying bombs to drop on children or stockpiling bio and chemical weapons but in a country where they heap scorn on a muslim who shoots soldiers on a post yet give praise to a man who shoots abortion doctors, what can one expect?

Anyways, I felt like clarifying my own position to avoid assumption labelings from other posters here... But back to the topic, I think keeping abortion out of the Health Bill is a wise choice. As is keeping out anything else that is profoundly controversial for many people... But greater regulation of Insurance Company practices, amelioration of insurance fraud/pre-existing conditions, ...
