A free agent big who os exactly what the nuggets are looking for. A big body to back up nene and k-mart with offensive skills, still very young and raw. Great footwork and defense in the paint. He will come at a price to get him away from the bulls but definitly worth it
Or we make a play for foward tyrus thomas, a personal fav or mine who is basically a younger kenyon martin. With the run ...
Aaron Gray is a great player to pick up who we have a chance to get if we actually try to get him
Tyrus would be perfect for us and can learn how to be an even better defender from Kenyon but how can we get him tho like what trade pieces do we have to make a trade for him?
1. According to ESPN.com, Aaron Gray is nearing a deal with the Chicago Bulls. I'm not sure how we'd out-bid them as they'd more then likely just match our offer if we give him the Minimum. So I don't really think Gray is an option.
2. Tyrus would be great but we have nothing and nobody to trade for him. So yeah I don't view him as a option either.
The Bi-annual or the remainer of the MLE would be enough IMO. The bulls are 800k away from luxury tax and the bi-annual would put them 1.1 mill over the lux tax, and most teams who is able to usualy try to avoid going into lux tax. And the bulls are stacked at PF/C so it's not like they need him.
i love thomas, he is really athletic and can score and play d. and he is still really young. i dont think we could even make a play for him though, we got nothin as VIP said

I'm not really sure that he's worth that, might be a risk. At maybe the Minimum with a bit of a raise (if we can do that). Then yeah, but at the Bi-Annual, I'd have to say no.
aaron gray is a big stiff. but he is a big stiff. DEN could use him.
thomas is the dumbest man in the NBA. go to the bulls forum and read the posts about him. trading for him would be a very bad idea. DEN has too many knuckleheads already. what they need are more grown men. look at the difference billups made. he is about winning not personal expression.

well thomas is kinda like kmart tough guy, talks a lot of trash, defensively sound but were not getting either guy cause bulls can match a gray offer and we have nothing to trade for thomas
