I know this is a body building forum and all but this is actually the first time I have asked a question directly related to my own actual workout. I had a 3 day split worked out and it went well for a couple of months until I had to head to Hereford due to a family death. Since then I kind of lost my motivation and because I was moving house this is the first real time ...

Basicaly it looks good mate, although you're doing deadlifts twice a week just do them on back day. I personally do bi's with back and tri's with chest and leave the dumbell kickbacks out as they're for girls all in all it looks sound, good to see the big 3 compounds in there

Day 1 get rid of peck deck for dips or cable declined, change bent over row? for precher curl. Day 2 change dead for stiff legged deadlift, and start with leg extensions to squat. day3 get rid of one of your lat raises and do somthing for rear delts, but personally i would re arange the day to delt traps triceps. so I would do chest bi's legs shoulders traps tris back and abs...
