Boy, after a few weeks in the mountains and I sure did not feel like coming home. Is there a member on this site that lives in Mountain View Alberta with a T2000 pulling a toy hauler? I saw the rig a few times parked infront of a very nice home right along the highway. Here are a few pics from the trip. We did a lot of Jeeping on this trip, back roads and trails, the DW loved it, she just ...
You just had to show those mountains eh???? We didn't get out there this year as my wife had her other hip replaced but next summer we'll go for 2 to 3 months. Looks like you had a great time. You might look for a posting by a guy who lives in Alberta. He was looking for someone from there to give him info on insurance there, I mentioned you but didn't know you were out traipsing around in ...
Hey Bearman, forget all my posts above...I just re read all the other posts on HDT in Canada and see you've already been there. We just got back yesterday and this is the 1st chance to read anything. Stay safe. Bob
Hey bearman nice spot. Looks like you had some great weather. I take you don't B train that Jeep into BC? I think I found my HDT. Ended up being 12500. Now i need a new licience so I can getter home. Stephen
You WILL get stopped eventually. How do you get across the border hooked up? You may not like the results of a stop....depends on the cop. On the Rubi....I own an 03 fully built up. You will get a little better ride with the coils, but not all that much, IMO. You would be better served going to a JK. That will give you a MUCH better ride. But is sure costs a heck of a lot more. The good ...
Happy Wednesday to you Bearman. You have to be happy about something...I guess. The job situation out this way isn't all that good either. I think, here in Windsor, we have the highest unemployment rate in the province, if not the country.. My oldest son is the general manager of Legal Freight Services in Edmonton. I don't know if he needs drivers or not but you might give them a call and ...
Pipeman, Swift and Bold to you as well, I hope your wife is doing well. How is the job situation out east?? It is VERY bad here, I am considering going back driving truck for a living again. Jack, ya, I know I will probably eventually get stopped, I hope not though. So the JK is that much better riding than the TJ's?? I now they are wider (unfortunatly), but are they longer as well?? I ...
