Hi from Tirana,
a nice city but with bad communication infrastructure :-)
I am with a operator called Tring. He offers a flat-rate connection with DSL modem.
Anyhow, after a first pleasant week of service, since 4 weeks the internet is down 30-40% the day and the speed may get as low, that you can not listen to a 28k stream web radio.
I need to proof this. Otherwise if I simply go they ...
