Hi from Tirana, a nice city but with bad communication infrastructure :-) I am with a operator called Tring. He offers a flat-rate connection with DSL modem. Anyhow, after a first pleasant week of service, since 4 weeks the internet is down 30-40% the day and the speed may get as low, that you can not listen to a 28k stream web radio. I need to proof this. Otherwise if I simply go they ...

Here are some ideas to try: http://www.fruk.net/ http://www.metal-machine.de/readerror/ http://codebox.org.uk/controller?page=home http://www.hootech.com/NetMeter/ Don't know which is best but the one by Metal Machine (2nd link) is quite well tried and tested I think.
