I sold my first to fund my second. I did not loose any sleep over it as the sentimental value transfered from the 1st to the 2nd. I hope this makes sense

My first was given to me by my brother, so no I will never sell it. If we are talking about the first nice watch that I bought, then that was flipped many times over.

Subscribed. I've been considering the same so I'm curious to see what everyone has to say.

Another way to look at it is this: It's your first Sub. And possibly: Also your first Seiko. Also your first Panarai base. Also your first Cartier. Also your first PAM Luminor Marina. Also your first GMT IIC. Unless it's been through something sentimental with you, or has sentimental value because of how it was acquired, don't worry about it. You can always replace it if you want another Sub. I regret flipping my ND Sub, but not...

My Submariner of twenty plus years was stolen..............Had it not been, I never would have sold it....

Still have my first, and don't have any thoughts about selling.

Sold my first (a T series GMT Master pepsi) and I have gotten to the point where I really wish I hadn't. Tread carefully and make sure you're okay with parting with your Sub.
