Use RivaTuner instead ati tray tools it is a complete powerful tweaking environment, Both are good but i use Rivatuner most.simple and easy. RivaTune providing you everything you may need to tune NVIDIA GPU based display adapters but ATItool has a built in artifact scanner. ... rivatuner is the best choice right now for overclocking.

I recently installed ATI Tray Tools 1.3.6.1056, it is not working properly. When i open the software but will not start, it display error message 'Access violation at address 00000000. Read of address 00000000'. Does anyone know what causes this issue and how to fix it?Any help will be extremely appreciated.

First try to remove ati tray tools . Go to >Choose Start >Control Panel >Add or Remove Programs select ati tray tools click remove button then windows will automatically remove the ati tray tools from your system then reinstall it.
