Thread: [AS3] Exporting JPG's using ActionScript

OK. I know you can use PHP to export JPGs from Flash when it's online. But my client wants the same Application as a Desktop App as well. So I know I have 2 options. EXE or AIR. Does anyone know of a good solution for Exporting JPGs from Flash for one of these Desktop formats? I am trying to use EXE so that the client doesn't have to make all of their traveling employees install AIR on ...

There's an example of how to do this with SWF Studio (my product) on my blog at Save Movie Clips as JPEGs .

OK. I know you can use PHP to export JPGs from Flash when it's online. But my client wants the same Application as a Desktop App as well. So I know I have 2 options. EXE or AIR. Does anyone know of a good solution for Exporting JPGs from Flash for one of these Desktop formats?
