Hi all   I got a few problems with my phone. It just got replaced due to the speakers not working. The new one has all normal defult setting's but on the e-mail set-up i am unable to set up my own e-mail and i cannot download app world or anything like that anymore   I have Updated the all the software via the desktop manager but dunno what to do next.   Thanks   Flipperfeet ...

Unfortually this has not solved my problem, as ilook as the images my setup folder does not have a e-mail settings option, all it has is - Setup wizard, Setup Wi-fi, Bluetooth Settings and Orange plus. Also i cannot receive Wap Messages for Download links and still cannot download the App world for BB.

flipper, do you have THE BlackBerry Data Plan with your carrier or mobile provider?   You will need to subscribe to THE BlackBerry Data Plan from your mobile provider. That is is the only way to get the BlackBerry services such as RIM push email, BlackBerry Messenger, and many of the other data functions of the BlackBerry enabled, etc.
