Thread: 37 weeks and ready..

Mary-Constance im not having any cramps but i am having this pinching sensation in my vaj. its not really a sever pain but it is very uncomfortable.. and it always catches me off guard which makes it worse than what it really is.and my back aches like no other.. i cant stand up without my back feeling as if i have he wieght of the world on it..? idk but i am going to wait it out and see how things progress over the next week before i try...

I understand you are anxious to meet your baby, but I would wait at least another week or two before you start trying to induce labor. ?What if your due date was off? ?Then you wouldn't even be full term. ?I'm due tomorrow, so believe me, I know how much the waiting sucks, but wouldn't you rather wait a few more weeks and know that your baby is born healthy? ?It sounds like (unlike many of us) there is no way you'll go...

I'm 37 weeks but I won't even consider trying anything until 38/39 weeks.? I don't want to risk m LO's health.? That said I'm still having sex, eating pineapple and doing other little things to help my body get ready.? I'm just not going to try to force it into labor if it's not ready.

I was finally taken off my meds (terbutaline & nefedipine) a little before?last weekend.? I am with you, I am so anxious to get this baby into the world that I am also tempted to do the castor oil thing. I have my doubts cause the side effects of that is giving yourself diaherra which I heard causes you to go into labor but that is only second hand knowledge I haven't tried it myself. Are you having really bad cramps like I am, I go to the doctor's every week and they keep telling me that I am only a finger tip dialated...
