中新网杭州8月31日电据杭州某中介透露，截至目前，杭城二手房市场15552元/平方米的成交均价， 较今年年初已上涨了近3000元。上周，杭州屡创新高的二手房交易量开始逐渐放缓，但成交均价仍继续抬头。
据裕兴不动产每周监控的统计数据显示，上周（8.24-8.30）杭州五大城区共成交二手房981套， 环比前一周下降3%，成交均价为15552元/平方米，环比上涨4%，再创杭城二手房成交均价的新高。“均 价上涨原因一方面是房源相对紧缺，导致房东提价，购房者忍痛埋单；另一方面是中高档物业成交量上涨明显，如 单价2万以上的成交量由年初的8%上涨到目前的12%，一定程度上拉高了市场均价。”裕兴高新店店长徐高军 表示。
