I thought that we could do a little fitness challenge/game here on Stormfront. It is similar to the 50 Million Pound Challenge. We can put forth a collective effort to reach 25,000 (or more) push-ups.
Here are the rules:
1) Do the push-ups before you post.
2) Be honest. You would only cheat yourself.
I will start us off. I just did 50 push-ups with elbows in, followed by ...
If I may offer what I did earlier this afternoon...
One hundred standard push-ups
(Then one hundred crunches, and then ran for five miles, and then another one hundred crunches),
And then, fifty 'small diamond' push-ups, and fifty 'wide-arm' push-ups, done in interchangeable intervals.
So, I can offer two hundred push-ups for today.
As far as gaining more muscle goes, find a simple workout routine and just stick with it and add weight or reps. Try to switch it up too, to avoid getting bored and keep your muscles "guessing" and growing.

I always loved fitness tests in school so this could be fun. I used to do 500 everyday for about three months when I only had 30 lb dumbbells at home. I actually find push-ups amazing at defining your upper triceps and giving them that horseshoe look. I love push-ups. Anyway, you can add another 250. I don't do as many anymore.
I just did 50.
People participating in this should remember to do rows, reverse push ups, or some other movement to counterbalance the chest strength they build with posterior back/shoulder strength.
Otherwise you'll get rounded shoulders like me.
