It's worse cold, i've also swapped out the cold start injector. Post Extras:

I would test your TPS, checking your idle speed is almost useless if the TPS is bad or out of adjustment. Disconnecting the TPS put the car in "limp mode" and it will continue to run. If there is no differenc it could be ignoring the TPS or the signal coming from it could be telling the engine to run in cold start, or never give more fuel than coast speed. The throttle opening could also be terribly clogged with black carbon not...
